hbbaji Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using the hbbaji platform. This document forms the basis of the agreement between you and us.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the hbbaji platform and all its services. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our site or services. By registering on or continuing to use the platform, you are considered to have fully accepted all the terms below. We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time — continued use of the platform after any change will be treated as acceptance of the updated terms.

1. Eligibility and Age Requirement

To participate on the hbbaji platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • You must be 21 years of age or older. This platform operates for users aged 21 and above only.
  • You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming and betting is legally permitted.
  • You must have full legal capacity to be legally bound by these Terms.
  • You must create an account in your own name and for your own personal use.

Important: We may request identity documents or relevant verification papers at any time for age verification. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

1.1 Geographic Restrictions

hbbaji operates primarily targeting users in Bangladesh. However, access to the platform may be restricted from certain countries or regions. Users are responsible for confirming that use of this service is permitted under the laws of their location.

2. Account Registration

You can enjoy the full service on hbbaji only if you have an active account. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information at the time of registration.

2.1 Account Creation Requirements

  • Each individual may create one account only. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all of them will be closed.
  • The name, phone number, and payment method you provide must be your own.
  • Creating an account using another person's identity is strictly prohibited.
  • Account login credentials (password, PIN) must not be shared with anyone else.

2.2 Account Security

You are primarily responsible for keeping your account secure. You are liable for any activity carried out through your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

2.3 Updating Information

If your personal details change (phone, email, etc.), update your account promptly. hbbaji will not be responsible for any blocked or delayed transactions resulting from outdated information.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods on hbbaji is ৳100 (one hundred taka). The accepted payment methods are:

  • bKash
  • Nagad
  • Rocket
  • Upay
  • Bank Transfer

For deposits, you must use a payment account registered in your own name. Using a third party's payment account is prohibited and may be treated as fraud.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

Verification: Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed. Delays in submitting verification documents may result in delayed withdrawal processing.

3.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). For transactions made in other currencies, conversion rates will apply and a conversion fee may be deducted.

3.4 Transaction Verification

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any unusual transaction. If a transaction appears suspicious, we may request additional documents. The relevant funds may be held while an investigation is ongoing.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For this bonus to take effect:

  • A 10x wagering requirement must be completed on the combined total of the bonus amount and the original deposit.
  • The wagering requirement must be met within 30 days of receiving the bonus, otherwise the bonus will be forfeited.
  • Withdrawals are not permitted until the wagering requirement has been met.

Example 1: You deposit ৳1,000 → bonus ৳1,000 → total balance ৳2,000. A total wager of ৳20,000 must be placed before withdrawal (2,000 × 10).

Example 2: You deposit ৳22,000 → bonus capped at ৳10,000 → total balance ৳32,000.

4.2 General Terms for Promotional Offers

  • A bonus can only be used once, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Bonuses cannot be transferred from one account to another.
  • hbbaji reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
  • Any attempt to earn bonuses through multiple accounts or manipulation will result in all bonuses being forfeited.

4.3 VIP Program

Regular players can be enrolled in the hbbaji VIP Program. Weekly cashback benefits are available across five tiers:

  • Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
  • Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
  • Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
  • Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
  • Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Tier changes are based on active and regular play. Detailed terms for each VIP tier apply separately.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Wagering Rules

The general rules for placing bets on hbbaji are as follows:

  • A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • hbbaji reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted incorrectly due to a technical error.
  • If an event is cancelled or suspended, bets will be refunded or voided in accordance with the applicable rules.
  • Maximum bet limits may apply for specific games or events.

5.2 Results and Payouts

Winnings are automatically added to the account based on the stated odds. If you have a dispute regarding a result, contact our customer support and we will review and communicate a decision.

5.3 New and Ongoing Game Categories

hbbaji offers various gaming services including cricket betting, slots, live casino, and cockfighting. Specific rules apply to each game category and can be found in detail on the relevant game page.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hbbaji platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

  • Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
  • Bonus abuse or employing bonus arbitrage strategies
  • Money laundering or transacting using illegal funds
  • Operating gameplay through bots, automated scripts, or other technical manipulation
  • Match fixing or collusion by arrangement with other users
  • Exploiting any technical vulnerability or flaw in the platform
  • Harassing or misconduct toward other users
  • Creating or operating an account using false or misleading information

7. Privacy and Data Protection

The privacy of your personal information is of great importance to us. hbbaji uses SSL encryption and modern cybersecurity technology to keep your information secure.

7.1 Use of Cookies

8. Limitation of Liability

hbbaji strives to provide a reliable and uninterrupted service at all times. However, hbbaji will not be held liable in the following cases:

  • Disruptions caused by internet connectivity or third-party services
  • Login issues or account security failures caused by the user themselves
  • Unexpected technical errors or temporary interruptions due to server maintenance
  • Consequences arising from use that is not permitted under the laws of the user's jurisdiction
  • Delays or failures by third-party payment processors

Fair Play Policy: hbbaji is committed to ensuring fair play as a safe and reliable platform. All games are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

9. Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Closure by hbbaji

hbbaji may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account at any time for the following reasons:

  • Violation of any part of these Terms
  • Suspicion of fraud, deception, or illegal activity
  • Operating multiple accounts
  • Evidence of bonus abuse
  • Extended period of inactivity

9.2 Closed by User

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact us via our 24/7 live chat or email. Before closing, you may withdraw any valid balance (subject to terms compliance).

9.3 Inactive Account

If there is no activity for 12 consecutive months, the account may be marked as inactive. A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about any matter, please first contact our customer service team directly. We are committed to a fair and prompt resolution.

10.1 Complaint Process

  1. Submit your complaint via live chat or email.
  2. A confirmation of receipt of your complaint will be provided.

10.2 Final Decision

In resolving disputes, hbbaji's decision shall be considered final. However, we are committed to reviewing each complaint impartially.
